Booking of meeting rooms

The meeting rooms in the Ecology and Biology buildings are booked online with TimeEdit.

You log in with your Lucat ID.

You have to enter the following information when booking:

  • Lokal = room: ex Fagus
  • Kostnadsställe = cost center: 156911 (there is no charge for booking the meeting rooms)
  • Aktivitet = type of meeting: for example meeting, workshop
  • Personal: person responsible for the meeting who can change or delete the booking. May be more than one person.

Optional fields:

  • Titel (title)
  • Kommentar (comment)
  • URL

Outside each room there is a QR code which you can scan with your mobile and which links to an overview of the room's bookings.
